I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 4 cylinder all wheel drive and it has a bad throttle body I noticed that after I took it to Maplewood Toyota and they told me it needs to be replaced but you know the dealership that I got it from was Luther Brookdale Chevrolet and they don't want to pay for it so I'm out of a thousand bucks more don't ever buy a vehicle from here ..

I brought my car in for an oil change and it was flagged for an alignment issue. I kindly reminded them that they performed a 4-wheel alignment during my last oil change. Then they drove through the detector 3 more times until it gave a marginal reading. All paperwork says it failed alignment and that the customer declined. NOT TRUE. At the behest of the Service Manager, some young Service Advisor was tasked with convincing me it was not needed so they didn't have to stand behind it. I’ve brought my car there 3 to 4 times I always had to come back to get something else done that they fell to complete The last time I brought my car in and I got the gasket oil that was leaking fixed and the guy put oil everywhere and didn’t even clean it up. I had to come back and get it cleaned up.

Muffy was great however I came in fire tires then they find another $1000 to repair on a car that is three years old. That car should not need any more repairs.
