Go somewhere else. They will sell you a broken car without hesitation. They are crooked and are liars. We ended up returning a car after a battle with the body shop. Days and days of struggle, hassle and lies. Check engine light came on with less than 50 miles driven. They CLEARLY knew this car had issues. From 12/5/2023 Review- Made a morning appointment to get a check engine light addressed. Didn't get to it the entire day and had to go back again the next day. They did shuttle me to work both days free of charge. This is still an issue 2 years later! Similar experience where we left the vehicle with the dealership at 8am for a check engine light warning and by 520pm still had not heard anything from service department despite calling them at 2pm and 5pm to find out if the truck could be picked up. I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 4 cylinder all wheel drive and it has a bad throttle body I noticed that after I took it to Maplewood Toyota and they told me it needs to be replaced but you know the dealership that I got it from was Luther Brookdale Chevrolet and they don't want to pay for it so I'm out of a thousand bucks more don't ever buy a vehicle from here ..

I brought my car in for an oil change and it was flagged for an alignment issue. I kindly reminded them that they performed a 4-wheel alignment during my last oil change. Then they drove through the detector 3 more times until it gave a marginal reading. All paperwork says it failed alignment and that the customer declined. NOT TRUE. At the behest of the Service Manager, some young Service Advisor was tasked with convincing me it was not needed so they didn't have to stand behind it. Sales dept is terrible,we went to reception desk and no one there ,sales people all around but none greeted us , after 20 minutes we gave up and left , I guess business must be really good ,although they had plenty of product,
I like the way the service department treats the customer, they don’t act as if a customer is a moron. I like the fact that they listen to you and then treat you like you got some brains. Now that I appreciate.
They get me checked in and out fast. The rental area is also fast and friendly.

In October, I called corporate Chevy and asked them about my recall and a rental. They ensured id have a rental because of my extended warrenty, and said I could go to any dealership, so I went to the one closest to my house which was this one. Poor experience. They kept adding additional costs for no reason - I feel like I was fleeced. I paid nearly $500 and my engine light is till on. Never again.

I’ve brought my car there 3 to 4 times I always had to come back to get something else done that they fell to complete The last time I brought my car in and I got the gasket oil that was leaking fixed and the guy put oil everywhere and didn’t even clean it up. I had to come back and get it cleaned up.

Muffy was great however I came in fire tires then they find another $1000 to repair on a car that is three years old. That car should not need any more repairs. Also I asked for a car wash it was not washed when I picked it up. You can check your records I spend allot service money with this dealership should be better.
Extremely Dishonest dealership. Not sure if it was the tech or the advisor.
